/You are tasked with leading others up and over a mountain that lies in front of them. It’s new to them. It’s going to take time and effort. They will get frustrated. When they get frustrated they are in danger of quitting. If they quit…it’s YOUR fault.
When was the last time you did something new and totally foreign? Something it was going to take years to become proficient in? If you are successful in business it’s likely that you are now NOT doing new things. And if you aren’t doing new things, you can’t lead others to do new and difficult things.
As a leader of others, it’s your JOB to do new and difficult and scary things. This requires NO talent. But it IS a skill you must never quit learning.

After going into his first juvenile facility to share his story with a group of incarcerated kids in 2002, Victor Marx founded All Things Possible Ministries (ATP), a faith based organization that works on a global scale to free children from abuse and the effects of its trauma. Victor’s life story has been chronicled in his autobiography, “The Victor Marx Story” and in a documentary film of the same title. He also begins an online ministry through Youtube and Facebook.
